First Edit - Music Video




So far, I am happy with my first draft however there are a few complications when editing on the edit suites. For example, it will not let me render my music video therefore this results in my music video being jittery. I am also contemplating taking out the three shot where there is three of Hannah as it does not look natural and the editing it obvious.

The empty spaces are where the band is going to be edited in when I have filmed my male band.

Filming Complications

On the 6th December when I was shooting my music video with Hannah Morice and Holly Killick at the Quarry in South Cave, there was a problem when we arrived. The quarry was occupied by motorcyclists who were practising their skills. Therefore this caused me to take shots of Hannah away from the motorcyclists however this did not disturb my music video much.

Demographics

In order to create a successful business, it is essential to know the demographics of the target audience you wish to sell your product too. This will affect the pricing, packaging, promotion and where you are going to sell your product. A provider must fully understand the demographics of their target audience in order to create a product relevant to that target audience. By including information about a person's age, gender, income and education this tells a marketer how likely a person is to buy their product. In the modern day, it is essential to cater to one specific group rather than try to satisfy a mass audience's needs and interests. By researching the demographics, this gives the seller a higher advantage when meeting the needs and interests of their target audience.


This table is a clear indication to the classes in our society today. Tables like these help sellers to target their product at a specific class. For example, by targeting a music product at college or university students, the sellers may make the product cheap as they are aware college/university students don't have a lot of income. It is unconventional to create an expensive digipack for a demographic group such as Group E as they wouldn't be able to afford it. Demographics provide the seller with a criteria for a particular group of our society; therefore the seller can create their product in order to cater for the particular groups needs.

Travel Arrangements

Travelling to South Cave Quarry
I have been researching where Elstronwick is as this is where my protagonist lives. Via train, it will take 2 hours and 33 minutes to get Hannah to Hull City Centre.

I have spoken to Hannah and she is going to organise travel to Hedon, where she will get the bus to Hull City Centre. This will take approximately 31 minutes and cost £3.50.

In order to get Hannah to South Cave, she is going to get the train from Hull City Centre to Brough Station where I will meet her at 1 o'clock and bring her back to my house in order to prepare for the shooting of my music video at South Cave Quarry.  This will take approximately 20 minutes and cost £6.50.

Travelling Home
When we have finished filming, I will drive Hannah to town from South Cave, where she is meeting her friend. This will take approximately 17 minutes.
